At FBC, you don't have to be a "member" to belong to the church family. Those who want to have a vote on church policy and leadership decisions opt for membership. Those who would like to join with us formally can do so by way of a first-time profession of faith, acknowledging that the work, teachings and redemptive actions of Christ are an example by which we might all live. Those joining this way are invited to become candidates for baptism if they choose to do so. For those who already are members of a Christian congregation, but who choose to transfer their church membership to ours, we accept all modes of baptism—infant or believer's baptism.
