February 6 2010 - Annual James Park Winter Trek

A group from FBC/Boulder (including Pastor Bob Ballance, John Williams, Lora and Isaac Freeman, Debbie and George Setlock and friend Gerhard, Ann Kiefer, and Ryan Connell) made the 1.4 mile trek to the church's James Park mountain facility located about 30 miles west of Boulder. The group enjoyed showing Dr. Bob and Gerhard the facility for the first time. After arriving, the wood and gas stoves were fired up to make quesadillas and provide added warmth. George presented to Gerhard (87 years old) and Isaac (3 years old) ceremonial pine cones for being the oldest and youngest participants on the trek. It was a wonderful church event!
